Licensed physical therapist and grab bar
installation specialist Howard Cohen had a very interesting discussion about
bathroom safety for the Treasure coast Grab Bar Installations Blog.
Mr. Cohen is a specialist for Mr. Grab Bar ofTreasure coast, Florida and mentioned that other than grab bars, there
are other empowering bathroom safety devices such as non-slip flooring. This
kind of floors are commonly used around public pools to keep people from
falling and Howard recommends two brands in particular: DuraGrid
and Dri-Dek, both being exceptional and easy to install and are
made up of rubber non-slip tiles that snap together easily to form a
wall-to-wall non-slip flooring. Also, they can be easily lifted up to allow
periodic cleaning.
